JOB DETAILS:
DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and a second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania. .

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree or Diploma in relevant field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• HR Information
• Maintain HRIS database, staff loans report and generate requested reports
• Compensation Benefits Policy & Procedures
• Implement and administer compensation and benefits policies and/or programmes within guidelines and establishes best practices
• Employee and Salary Administration
• Register and process employee and salary information and details to the employee- and salary database, to ensure the availability of complete and up to date employee information at any time.

  EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• At least one year of relevant hands on experience handling administrative duties in a commercial/financial or banking industry
• Knowledge of HR practices
