JOB DETAILS:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and monitoring of HR policies and practices
  
• Manage, monitor and assist in implementation of new recruits
  
• Manage standard company records and administrative duties such as: loan forms, leave forms, grievances and any other requirements
  
• Management of employee personal and training development records
  
• Conduct performance reviews, interviews and surveys
  
• Coordinate with Health and Safety supervisor to ensure all staff are trained and knowledgeable on company policies
  
• Maintain, monitor and update company policies
  
• Any other duties the company may ask
  

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor of Human Resources Management

Experience Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience
