ABOUT RESTLESS DEVELOPMENT
We know young people have the power to solve the challenges we face in our world, but they are being sidelined. We are the agency that works with young people so they can lead in solving those challenges. Whether that means supporting communities to end child marriage or prevent HIV, we work with young people to change their lives and the lives of people in their communities. Our programmes are genuinely life-changing, but can’t do any of this without talented, creative individuals at every level of our organisation.

PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANCY
The impact assessment will be conducted to determine if the Restless Development implementation of the programme achieved targeted impacts as described on the program’s logical framework analysis. The main users of the evaluation results include Restless Development Community Novo Foundation and Government of the United Republic of Tanzania (GOT).

ABOUT THE CONSULTANCY
The impact of the program must be assessed against a baseline study. It is expected that this impact assessment will measure progress against above listed measurements. In addition, the aspect of attribution and the role of Restless Development in changes found need to be determined.
The consultant will have to present a complete methodological proposal and financial proposal as part of the bidding process.
This section should address the key aspects listed below:
● Type of approach: Quantitative /Qualitative / Mixed;
● Data collection tools/sources;
● Data analysis methods;
● Sampling strategy; and
● Degree of stakeholders’ participation.
