Pursuant to Sales Force Executives (SFE) Guidelines of April 2022, Jubilee General Insurance Company of Tanzania Limited is currently accepting Sales Force Proposal from specified Jubilee General Insurance Registered Intermediaries for selling Jubilee General insurance products as a Sales Force Executive. We have open up the Window of registration up to 15th October 2022. Please visit the specified registered Jubilee General Insurance Intermediaries and get yourself registered in order to be Jubilee Sales Rep.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Building relationships with new customers
2. Create awareness on the need of general Insurance
3. Should be able to meet the projected target on new business
4. Proactive and follow up with the prospective customers for new business and Cross selling activities
5. Plan meetings with clients and drive negotiations
6. Maintain Sales regulation and compliance in all business sourced 7. Submit policy documents to clients within the specified period.
8. Keep adequate and relevant records
9. Carrying out need analysis of the customer
10. Should be able to attend periodic training on products
11. Customer Centric and maintain the ethics of the Company
12. Maintain Value, Vision, and Mission of the company throughout his/her association with the company
Qualifications and Experience
I. Academic
Degree or Diploma of insurance or COP (certificate of proficiency in insurance).
II. Professional qualifications
Professional in sales and marketing
III. Skills
a) Communication skills
b) Presentation skills
c) Computer skills

JOB DETAILS:The Role Holder duties will include but not limited to:
1.Capture Businesses from Competition/ new entrants in the market.
• Establish an evolving target list of organizations not in Airtel Tanzania’s books – new entrants or from competitors
• Plan Effective and Call Plans
• Understand the needs of the prospective customers
• Create and do sales presentations to match company’s products/services with identified needs
• Provide solutions to products/services through face-to-face contact
• Write and follow up on Tenders and proposals.
• Knowledgeable of Airtel Tanzania’s products/services to facilitate sales efforts
· Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports
2. Increase share of wallet
• Maximizing the number of products and services sold to the existing by introducing solutions
• Alerts client to new or improved product/services
• Contacts and visits existing customers to determine
3.Minimize debts
• Work with contact person and proactively keep the account debts to a minimum.
• Be innovative
4. Minimize churn at account level
• Suggest products and or services to be developed with marketing department.
• Determine ways to differentiate from competitors
• Work with management to identify up sell opportunities
• Maintain a regular schedule of contact
• Cement relationship with clients
• Assist marketing with design and promotional strategies
Academic and Qualifications and Experience:
• University degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent qualification
• 3 -5 years’ experience in sales experience specifically from SME’s from Telecoms and ISP’s
· Excellent Report writing skills
• Proficient in English and Swahili
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic
• Confident, assertive with good negotiation skills
