Responsibilities
• Working with the front office staff to ensure that all guest requests are handled properly and in a timely manner.
• Meeting and briefing clients before and after their expedition with helping them to solve their problems if any concerning their expedition and stay in our country.
• To manage relationships with clients, by providing exceptional levels of customer service at Pre- and Post-expedition, this may include but not limited to providing expedition gears, charging the client for expedition gears (as directed) assisting the client to preserve their luggage to the safe place and mark the luggage with client’s name tags.
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
Qualification:
• Must be able to understand, speak, read and write the English and Swahili language with a reasonable standard of fluency (Excellent Verbal communication skills is a must).

Job Purpose
Operates and keeps custody of vehicles assigned to assure safe transportation of clients to and from various destinations and to assist clients on entry and exit from vehicles as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Operates assigned vehicle/s in a safe and courteous manner and in line with laid down EAHRC regulations;
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management;
• Ensure the vehicles are in clean condition at all times;
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on the EAHRC vehicles and report defect for servicing on time;
• Respond immediately to accident or medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers, and rendering First Aid until emergency personnel arrive;
• Carry out simple mechanical repairs;
• Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for customers, and reads and interprets road signs in English and Kiswahili;
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations;
• Serve as role model while providing transportation services;
• Assist to dispatch letters, correspondences and any administrative documents to stakeholders; and
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Key Performance Areas

• Back -order management 7 days, 14 days and 30 days plus.
