Number of Position: Two (2)
Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of the role is to brand and maximizing company sales and marketing activities
of selling motor vehicles to our clients/customers by making sure daily activities have been well
conducted.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
• Make lists of potential clients and conduct survey to identify customers required.
• Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and
requirements.
• Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and
qualities.
• Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and
offer discount when necessary.
• Oversee and studying market trend of our competitors, through researching and
developing marketing opportunities and plans
• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate motor vehicle that meet their specification
and needs.
• Cooperate with other staffs in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the customer service quality of the business to ensure customers are trended to
appropriately.
• Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the company management to
reach a favourable bargain for both parties.
• Process and facilitate requests for customized services such as car decoration, equipment and switch.
• Resolve and quell misunderstandings with the client.
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals.
• Set annual budget and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets.
• Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage.
• Improve brand awareness of the company and implementing new sales plans and advertising for a better marketing.
Requirement
Education and Training:
• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in public relation, sales and marketing or its
equivalent related discipline.
• Having experience in motor vehicle business will be added advantage.
Communication Skill:
• Ability in interacting with potential clients and regular customers to identify their needs.
Leadership Skills:
• Must have leadership skills to be able to coordinate and supervise various company
activities and ensure delivery at optimum services.
Organizational Skills:
• Skilled in organizing events and coordinating various company activities to ensure
customer need and satisfaction are met.
Experience:
• Two (2) years or above experience IS A MUST, Driving license class D and able to drive
motorcycle and knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

Christmas Sales Associate
Through the channels and tools made available by the company (online and offline), the Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, optimizing the buying experience and proactively contributing to achieving and exceeding on goals. (Sales targets – quantitative and qualitative, individual and team).
KPIs
• Participates proactively and effectively in sales activities, welcoming customers through a consultative approach and using the tools and channels made available by the company (online and offline).
• Provides both promotional and technical/administrative information on payment and delivery of goods depending on the type of sale (online and offline).
• Actively contributes to achieve and exceed sales performance against shared targets.
• Maintains high and consistent standards of customer service and ensures the correct flow of after-sales service communication (online and offline).
ORGANIZATION OF THE WORK SPACE
• Takes part in the organization of the shop, ensuring that the point of sale, the back office or other work space and the stock are always clean and tidy.
• Checks the delivered goods, sorts them and displays them.
• Participates in stock control and internal inventory.
• Manages shipments to the customer.
