(hereinafter abbreviated as CPP) as Pipeline, Feederline & Above Ground Installation Contractor for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest in building camp of PPL&AGI CONTRACTOR for EACOP Project.

The EACOP Project involves the development, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline that originates in Kabaale, Uganda and delivers oil for marine export on the East African coast in the Tanga area in Tanzania..

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE

To implement the EACOP project, totally 20 Main Camps and Pipe Yards (7 MCPYs are in Uganda and others in Tanzania) will be erected along the EACOP pipeline, locating in respective district in Uganda and Tanzania. These camps will be divided into several tenders. Each tender will includes three parts: Civil works, Procurement, and installation. Each interested company can tend any one, two or all three parts of the above mentioned works, the selected parts shall be stated clearly. the SCOPE of Work will include the provision of:

Part 1: The civil works for each MCPY:

• Topsoil stripping and cleaning, ground leveling; foundation for Camp house, generators, etc.
• The construction for accessing roads for each MCPY and AGI (Above Ground Installation).

Part 2: Provision of Camp house and relevant materials & equipment, and Fence & Gate.

Part 3: Installation for Camp house and relevant equipment/ Electrical system/Water Supply and Drainage/Telecom/fence & gate etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:

• License/Registration Information and Profile of Supplier, including license and TIN certificate.
• Proof of registration with the National Suppler Database (NSD) for Uganda.
• For civil works, interested company shall provide, but not limited to Key person list with CV and owned equipment list by provided format.
• Similar experience within last three years by provided format.
• Compliance with the Petroleum Midstream National Content Regulation # 34,2016 for Uganda.
• Copy of certificates of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or equivalent of them.
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years and Audit report of the last five years.

Deadline of the EOI(CPP-PROC-UG-002-0822) has been postponed. Interested companies which meet the minimum requirements and have the capacity to provide the WORK (SERVICES) listed above should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to supplierdata@cpptz.com  (Max. Email Size: 20 MBS & All documents must be submitted in the English language) on or before 12:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on 31/10/2022. Subject of the email should be "E01 for CPP-PROC-UG-0020822-COMPANY NAME". CPP reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incorrect email subject.

The format of the required documents which are mentioned in Minimum Requirements should be downloaded from EACOP's website (https://eacop.com/opportunities-by-main-construction-contractors/china-petroleum-pipeline-engineering-co-ltd/ ). Companies satisfactorily. meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed prequalification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.

CPP reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier.
