Accountabilities:
• Making and confirming reservations for passengers, selling ticket for the Airlines lines.
• Serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
• Assist the station in achieving the station budget by promoting counters.
• Control cash flow to ensure the sales report is closed on time.
• Plan route and compute ticket close, using schedules, rate book. Examine passenger ticket to direct/advice passenger correctly.
• Assist passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
• Relevant College or University qualification
• 2 years of job related experience
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
• Through knowledge of special rates / offers / promotions.
• Proven ability to manage room sales with due regard to the Revenue.
• Ability to adhere to Management Policy and target sales mix to achieve maximum room revenue, ensuring every opportunity to sell is taken.
• High potential individual willing to be trained / learned.
• Demonstrates Quality Consciousness

Pan Oceanic Insurance Brokers Ltd is currently accepting Sales Force Proposal with specified registered Insurance Companies for selling their insurance products as a Sales Force Executive. We are now inviting qualified applicants to Join our Sales Force Executives (SFE) in the following Region:
1. Dar es salaam
2. Arusha
3. Zanzibar
4. Mwanza
5. Dodoma
6. Mbeya
Responsibilities:
• Insurance Sector is governed and regulated by Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority, TIRA. All the activities related to Insurance are supervised closely. The SFE initiative was introduced by TIRA, to increase insurance penetration in Tanzania. In other words, SFE can sell insurance after registered by TIRA through Insurance Brokers.
• SFE persons can be engaged directly by insurance companies or by other intermediaries such as insurance brokers.
• Hence, if you want to get certified as a SFE, you need to get yourself registered with an insurance broker. Take the requisite training, study, and start selling insurance.
• So, if you are looking to earn an extra income or make a career in the insurance industry, you can become a Sales Force Executive, SFE.
• If you feel you can convince people and make them aware of the importance of insurance. And finally, close the deal. Then you are the one.
