JOB DETAILS:
Major Duties
• Training of Domestic Workers, impact monitoring, brining on board athourities and other actors to address issues of domestic worker,
• Under the supervision of the Director, plans and implements project activities;
• Keep track on project progress through the dedicated forms and perform activities internal evaluation;
• Participates in meetings with partners, beneficiaries and stakeholders;
• Compiles assessments and surveys related to gender issues in the Country;
• Advice and support to CVM management on gender issues and facilitation of knowledge building on gender issues;
• Assessment of the country’s gender policies and their impact on poverty reduction, growth, equity, etc;
• Advocacy and promotion of CVM’s mission and mandate;
• Effective monitoring, measuring the impact of the project and evaluation;
• Conduct interview with beneficiaries
• Sound contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice through identification of best practices and lessons learned.
• Providing technical support and backups to domestic workers Associations and branches

• Maintain all staff records and files;
• Provide support to the Administrator: preparing payment vouchers;
• Custodian of office petty cash;
• Solicit quotations from vendors for approved procurements;
• Prepare Local Purchase Orders for approved procurements and send them to vendors;
• Receive and verify invoices received from various vendors, attach LPOs and submit to the administrator for payment processing;
• Helping, coordinating general staff meetings, drafting and preparing minutes of meetings.
• Answer telephones, take messages and receive / welcome visitors;
• Make calls for staff upon request;
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails and parcels;
• Ensure continuous availability of office utilities and logistics;
• Handling of car logistics and updating file;
• Report and follow up on faulty lines;
• Responsible for front office security;
• Ensure office cleanness by supervising the cleaning staff;
• Other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

About the role
We are looking for a TIBCO Developer (independent contractor) to carry out a full-time, long-term engagement with one of Toptal’s most prominent clients. Some of your responsibilities will include 1) managing data pipelines, 2) ensuring success, availability, and continuity of the data pipeline process, and 3) supporting the client’s re-platforming from on-premises to the cloud. The selected candidate will be joining a team of smart and capable self-starters from all over the world!

Responsibilities
• Liaise and communicate between Financial service providers (FSPs) in Tanzania, Partner Organizations, IPA Tanzania, IPA Global, PIs on a regular basis to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide in-depth input on research design through understanding and knowledge of the local payments ecosystem
• Undertake desk research, market level consultations to collate information on major bottlenecks in the payments ecosystem in Tanzania, with respect to interoperability
• Align partners, current and future, on the research agenda, clearly displaying the importance of this research agenda
• Work with FSP partner(s) to design research exercise(s), assist FSP partners in implementation
• Design survey instruments and data collection strategies, lead enumerator training, manage data collection teams, monitor data quality and undertake data analysis, under direction of PIs and in close collaboration with IPA Tanzania and IPA Global
• Lead on developing dissemination plans for Tanzania by, including but not limited to, organizing events, identifying the right audience, and ensuring that research outputs are translated into actionable insights for the payments ecosystem
• Assist in the management of other financial inclusion projects in the Tanzania via IPA Global, if needed
• Provide support on budgets through close coordination between IPA Tanzania and IPA Global
