Duties And Responsibilities
• Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Persists in sales even in the face of failure and finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
• Schedules marketing and sales appointments and meetings as necessary
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources and trains other salesmen in the art of selling
Skills And Qualifications:
• Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible.
• Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing, Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration or other relevant degree with 4 years’ experience working in heavy equipment spare part vending organization.

Responsibilities
• Ideal candidate must have sales experience and also come from an IT solutions company.
• Manage and ensure the Company’s growth in terms of sales and clientele base are achieved and exceeded beyond the set targets.
• Manage Key Account Portfolio of existing and potential clients to ensure using Company’s CRM program to build and maintain excellent customer relationship, retainer ship and ensure repeat business with clients.
• Enhance Company’s Brand Visibility by conducting various Advertising and PR Campaigns.
• Prepare sales proposals and tender documents for clients.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales and Commercial for all sales related matters.
• Regularly advice on the changing trends in the IT market and diversify Company’s products and services accordingly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on various tasks assigned for easier decision making by Management.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• University degree in Business or Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in related field
• Must be conversant with various Internet connectivity issues and solutions
• Must have good knowledge of IT related issues and products.
• Ability to produce results and meet sales targets
