Reservations & Sales Manager responsibilities:
• Providing a team of FIT consultants with sales direction and support
• Monitoring first responses on all new enquiries and distributing to consultants
• Managing quotes & emails to agents
• Database CRM management (HubSpot)
• Producing weekly and monthly statistics on sales and enquiries
• Advising the team on putting together itineraries; dealing with any issues/problems that may arise
• Ensuring the information is correct, monitoring follow-ups, replies
• Answering enquiries if/when needed
• Supervise and provide training schedules for any new staff as needed
• Liaising with accounts staff regarding payments/invoices
• Adding strategic value to the management team in meetings, providing updates in statistics

• Experience with Excel; CRM systems such as Hubspot or SalesForce, and reservations systems
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent planning & organisational skills.
