JOB DETAILS: Reports to: Director of Training and Performance
Key Qualifications and Criteria Required
1. He must have undergone and qualified the training of the Reserve Army (Ranger) - skill in using firearms
2. He must own a mobile phone capable of staying charged 24 hours
3. He must have never been found guilty of any criminal offense inside and outside Tanzania
4. Must have the ability or knowledge to drive a motorcycle (with a valid motorcycle license)
5. Must know or be able to enforce road safety signs and rules
6. Must have at least 2 years of inspection work experience within the city of Dar es Salaam
7. Must have the ability to lead and manage security guards and prepare inspection reports and rosters
8. Must not be absent from work or leave work before handing over to a colleague
9. Must have good behavior/honest, obedient, self-motivated, common sense and concern for work time
10. Language: Kiswahili (Very important) although English is an additional qualification, it is not necessary
11. Education: from the seventh grade onwards
12. Skills: Must be able to speak, read and write fluently
13. Age: 22 to 45 years.
14. Must be ready to work anywhere in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

1. He must have passed and qualified the training of the Reserve Army (Ranger) - knowledge of using firearms
2. He must own a mobile phone capable of staying charged 24 hours
3. He must have never been found guilty of any criminal offense inside and outside Tanzania
4. Must be able to work and follow the recommended schedule accurately all the time
5. Must have experience of security work at least 6 months
6. Must have good behavior/honest, obedient, self-motivated, sane and considerate of work time
7. He should not be absent from work or leave work before handing it over to his colleague
8. Language: Kiswahili (Very important although English is an additional qualification not necessary .
9. Education: from the seventh grade onwards
10. Skills: He should be able to speak , read and write fluently
11. Age: 19 to 45 years.
12. Be ready to work anywhere in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
