Job Purpose:
The Contact Centre Trainer will design, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Contact Center staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new hires.
• Develop and maintain training materials aligned with current banking products, services, and policies.
• Conduct coaching and refresher training sessions to enhance product knowledge and maintain service excellence.
• Assess training needs through performance data analysis and feedback surveys.
• Collaborate with managers to implement targeted training interventions.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in business studies, education, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer experience or contact center learning solutions.
• Certificate in Training or Coaching is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Contact Centre Trainer in a customer service environment.
