JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Stores Supervisor to manage our inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock management, excellent administrative capabilities, and a good understanding of records management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Utilize computer systems to manage and track inventory.
• Ensure that all stock is received, stored, and issued according to company policies and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on stock status and store performance.
• Implement and monitor stock control procedures to minimize loss and waste.
• Provide administrative support related to stock management, including filing and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Proven 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in inventory or stock management.
*• Strong knowledge of computer systems and software relevant to inventory management.
• Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
