Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Flight Operations: Ensure smooth, on-time airline performance.
• Manage Disruptions: Handle delays, diversions, and cancellations.
• Optimize Resources: Schedule crew and aircraft efficiently.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead Crisis Response: Manage emergencies and irregular operations.
