JOB DETAILS:
• Requirements:
o Understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G basic network optimization and planning actions.
o Familiarity with complaint analysis tools, such as CEM.
o Good communication skills with common users.
o Ability to improve Complaint KPI trends through historical complaint analysis and solution implementation.
o Custom handling schedule and guidance for other team members and supporters.
