JOB DETAILS:
The Chief Medical Officer of the Arusha Regional Referral Hospital – Mt. Meru, would like to announce to all eligible Tanzanians with the required qualifications and the intention to work at the Arusha Regional Referral Hospital – Mt. Meru to submit their applications.

1. Doctor Class I (10 posts)

a) Qualifications for employment:
Recruitment of Doctoral Degree holders from Universities/Colleges recognized by The Government who completed the "Internship" and obtained registration from the Council of Tanganyika Doctors (Medical Council of Tanganyika).

b) Work and responsibilities
• To perform all medical work in the hospital related to various diseases including children's diseases, maternal diseases and routine and emergency surgery.
• Providing and managing health education as well as improving the health of communities in Districts and Regions or his work area.
• Investigate, monitor and prevent disease outbreaks
• Keeping statistics and using them as directed in MUHA foundations.
• Planning and evaluating health services in his workplace.
• To teach students and employees present at the workplace
• Supervise and direct the employees under him
• Teaching students in health colleges located in his area work
• Designing and conducting research and disseminating results
• Designing and preparing strategies to improve the quality of service
