JOB DETAILS:

Position: Sales Representatives (10)
Location: DSM

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborating with the team to determine competitive pricing for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Addressing client questions regarding credit terms, product details, pricing, and product availability.
• Ensuring the meticulous upkeep of client records for streamlined communication and relationship management.
• Proactively reaching out to clients and potential clients to understand their requirements and showcase relevant products and services.
• Understanding and actively promoting company programs, coordinating sales initiatives with ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Handling after-sales concerns and collaborating with various departments to ensure contract fulfillment.
• Compiling comprehensive daily and monthly reports to track sales activities and contribute to performance evaluation.

Qualifications:
• Certificate/Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year previous sales experience, preferably in FMCGs.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
