JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• He shall work to provide legal advice to the Institute under the supervision of the Head of the Legal Unit;
• Dealing with cases facing the Office and providing feedback to the Controller and Auditor General;
• To prepare amendments to the Rules applicable to the Office;
• Preparing a document on the Laws that the Government / Law Reform Commission has made amendments for the purpose of notifying the Office;
• Conducting Legal Research;
• Educate Offices and staff in general on Law / Constitution and Human Rights issues; and
• To perform such other duties as may be assigned to him / her by his / her supervisor of duties consistent with his / her qualifications and profession.

Qualification and Experience
• Employed with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Government Recognized Colleges who have completed law recognition training recognized by the Office of the Attorney General.
