JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare a plan for the technical requirements and budget of the relevant project
• Inspecting the project area and preparing information
• Advising on the selection of contractors and other project professionals
• Conducting a feasibility study of the project
• To assess the environmental impact of the relevant project
• Prepare preliminary drawings (outline proposals) and drawings with complete project requirements (scheme designs)
• Conduct regular site inspections of projects (Regular site visits)
• Advising related to the ownership of ancient buildings
• To inspect the buildings that have been completed for the purpose of giving advice so that the building can be given a certificate of occupancy (Certificate of Occupancy)
• To do other tasks that are compatible with his profession as far as he will be assigned by his superior.

Qualification and Experience
• Employed with Degree / Higher Diploma from Universities recognized by the Government in one of the following fields:- Architecture, Building Design, Architectural and Building Engineering Technology, Landscape Architecture and Planning, Architectural Technology, Naval Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Conservation Architecture , and Interior Design must be registered with the Architects Registration Board

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
