JOB DETAILS:

30 Security Guards

Report to: Inspector (Security Inspector)
Place of Work: Dar es Salaam (Corporate Office)

Key Characteristics and Criteria of a Required Security Guard
• Must have undergone and qualified JKT or Army Reserve (Ranger) training - knowledge of using firearms
• Awe owns a mobile phone that can stay charged for 24 hours
• He has never been found guilty of any criminal offense inside and outside of Tanzania
• Must be able to work and follow the recommended schedule accurately at all times
• Must have at least 6 months of security work experience
• He should have good behavior/honest, obedient, self-motivated, sane and considerate of work time
• He should not be absent from work or leave work before handing it over to his colleague
• Language: Kiswahili (Very important) although English is an additional feature, it is not necessary
• Education: from seventh grade onwards
• Skills: He should be able to speak, read and write fluently
• Age: 19 to 45 years.
• Be ready to work anywhere in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
