JOB DETAILS:
  Dodoma Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (DUWASA) was established under section 3(1) of Cap. 272 of 1997 as repealed by section 60 of Water supply and Sanitation Act No. 05 of 2019. DUWASA is charged with the overall responsibility of operations and management of water supply and sanitation services in Dodoma urban within the Municipality.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, dynamic, experienced and performance driven Tanzanians male and female, to fill in excellent career opportunities: 4 Drivers II TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE POSTS: Permanent and Pensionable.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Possession of Form IV Secondary School Education and valid driving license with Class C's and D and a trade test III or advanced drivers certificate grade III from a recognized institution like VETA/NIT, with not less than three years driving experience.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Checks vehicle every morning to ensure it is fit to be driven before driving.
• Drives vehicle safely taking into account traffic laws, safety of passengers and other road users and value of the vehicle.
• Completes logbook regularly for effective control of running costs of the vehicle.
• Keeps record of vehicle movements, distance covered within its logbook.
• Performs any other duties related to the above assigned by superiors
