Job Position: Sales Supervisors (05)
Location: DSM

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Drive the sales team towards meeting and exceeding planned sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish individual sales targets, aligning with overall organizational objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate closely with the marketing department to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless sales and marketing alignment.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Actively promote the organization and its products to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG industry.
• Male candidates are preffered.
• Strong understanding of fast-moving products markets.
• Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
