JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• To work under the supervision of a Construction Estimator registered with the relevant registration board as a "Professional Quantity Surveyor";
• To give advice on the estimation of initial construction costs.
• Preparing Plans and Estimates of construction costs and tenders (Bill of Quantity.
• Reviewing and evaluating the ongoing work for payment at various stages of the project
• Preparing and evaluating additional work costs when they occur (Evaluation of Variations)
• Preparing the Requirements for Construction Projects (Project resources) and
• Other tasks assigned to you by your Employer

Qualification and Experience
• Employed with a Degree / Advanced Diploma from Universities recognized by the Government in one of the following fields: Construction Management, Building Surveyor, Building Economics, and Quantity Surveying and must be registered with the Board that manages this Construction Estimating Profession. (AQRB)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24
