1) Sifaza mwombaji
+ Awe amehitimu Elimu ya Kidato cha Nne (IV) au zaidi, na umri kati ya 30-40
+ Awe na leseni ya Daraja la C au E ya uendeshaji malori na uzoefu wa miaka mitano (5) bila kusababisha ajali.
+ Aweamehudhuriamafunzo ya msingiyauendeshajimagari(Basic Driving Course) yanayotolewa na chuo cha VETA au NIT au Chuo kingine kinachotambulika na Serikali.
+ Awe na uwezo wa kujua njia rahisi na fupi na mwenye kujali muda
+ Awe na uelewa wa sheria za usafirishaji na viambatisho vya mizigo
+ Muombaji mwenye hati ya kusafiria(Passport) atapewa kipaumbele zaidi.
