CEMDO – Tanzania (NGO) is seeking a suitably qualified Tanzanian to fill the following vacancies:
Accountant Cum Cashier-ADVT N0 001/2019

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree on Accounts /Finance management or related disciplines;
  
• Specific and demonstrated skills and experience in Accounts and Financial Records Keeping and management capacity building of Finance Regulation
  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience similar working in Tanzanian NGO;
  
• Experience/skills in projects’ in Accounts (Quick Books software package)
  
• Excellent communication capabilities;
  
• Computer literacy;
  
• Languages: English fluent, Kiswahili;
  
• Strong commitment;
  
• Flexibility, availability to perform other duties;
  
• Team Player;
  
• Willful to work in an international environment and aware of gender balance;
  

BASIC FUNCTION
The Finance Officer Cum Cashier is reporting to Project Finance Manager, responsible for Financial Management and Partner Financial Regulation and policies the Maintain customer’s accounts and ensuring they receive their invoice and statements of accounts from time to time .Maintains proper finance records of all project and organization a work environment conducive to meet Project and Organization goals and objectives. Financial Management, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Resources accountability, to prepare Monthly quarterly and annual financial report and other financial duties.
