Minimum Qualification: A level / Diploma
Experience: 2 years.

Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Standardize all internal financial reports.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable in writing.
• Prepare payroll.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Manage daily office cash-flow.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
• Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
• Ability to plan, assess, and evaluate financial reports.
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
• Skill in the configuration and use of computerized programs.
• Ability to provide leadership and guidance to administrative support staff.

Requirements
• Minimum BA/BSc in Accounting or any related field.
• At least 2-year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Experience with Accounting Software preferably Tally.
• Common Computer Skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
