JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
The Agronomy Administrative Manager will serve as the administrative link between field officers and management, ensuring efficient implementation of field programs and the smooth flow of information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain accurate records of all Agronomy activities and inputs.
• Coordinate tobacco deliveries and assist in procurement and stores management.
• Supervise field teams and ensure the timely completion of operations.
• Monitor project resources and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma in Business Administration or Accountancy.
• 3 years of experience in Agriculture Management.
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Reporting:
Based in Tabora, reporting to the Production Manager.
