Key responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Holders of B.Com Accounting or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
  
• Must be computer literate but knowledge on accounting packages will have added advantage:

DUTIES

• Posts ledger entries a client seeks to hire a qualified candidate for the position of a Assistant Accountant
  
• Prepares Trial Balance.
  
• Prepares weekly Revenue and Expenditure report
  
• Maintains and updates Non-Current Assets Register.
  
• Maintains Ledger Journals, Cash Books and other accounting records
  
• Prepares Bank Reconciliation statements
  
• Filling VAT Return
  
• Performs other relevant duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
