JOB DETAILS:

• Review the original documents of the business and deal with daily accounting business;
• Vouchers auditing and posting in System for all reimbursement, accounts receivable, trading and not-trading accounts payable and curement of properties;
• Arrange and deal the works related with bank, such as issue check, write T/Tdocuments, sent documents to bank;
• Register accounting books and prepare kinds of financial statements. Be responsible for providing data and various statistical reports promptly;
• Check on tax reports and returns including VAT, Income tax, SDL and other taxes and surcharges and then declare
• To prepare, maintain and reconcile Rent and with holding tax accounts. And prepare monthly Import schedule;
• Check the works what the staff of your team have done every day,and check whether their works are done as requirements;
• Arrange and prepare reconciliation statements with bank,customers,supplier and branch company;
• Cooperation with other functions on general accounting issues ;
• Managing and providing necessary support to general accounting team;
• Assisting Financial Director or Manager in other affairs
