JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• To teach up to NTA level 8;
• To prepare learning resources for tutorial exercises;
• To Conduct research, seminars and case studies;
• To Carrie out consultancy and community services under supervision;
• To Supervise students’ projects;
• To prepare teaching manual; and
• To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
• Applicants must have Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource Management or Public Administration. The applicant must have studied both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in the same discipline/specialization. The GPA for the Master's degree must not be below 4.0, and for the Bachelor's degree, it must not be below 3.8, with an average GPA of at least B+ across both degrees.
