JOB DETAILS:
Zawadi Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic, happy and hardworking assistant manager to join our team in Zanzibar asap.The successful candidate should be very flexible and have positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and who is able to work remotely in a small team.

Qualifications requirement (But not limited to):
• Good knowledge of WORD & EXCEL
• Good knowledge of Hospitality Operating System (OPERA or equivalent)
• Excellent guests relation skills
• Detailed oriented a must
• Knowledge of housekeeping, food & beverage, reception management
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills

Job responsibilities (But not limited to):
• Providing personalized 5* service to our guests
• Daily hotel operations
• Staff training and supervision
• Maintenance supervision
• Answering emails
• Daily reservation & statistic updates
• Inventories & store management
