Role Description:
Achelis is looking to hire an Auto Electrician with mechanical skills, to work in our Technical Division based in Mwanza. Preferably a candidate from Mwanza region as the working station will be in Mwanza. This role requires a strong Auto Electrical background and experience working with highly technical material handling equipment, diagnosis and troubleshooting. With at least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, equipment routine maintenance as well as equipment breakdown service.

The key to this position is to ensure that efficient and timely after sales service and maintenance is provided to all our customers in Mwanza region. This role will include but not limited to the following tasks:
Electric forklifts and Construction equipment repairs, maintenance and breakdown service.

Troubleshooting, diagnosis of machines and equipment.
Follow up and support of technical targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold customer relations to ensure smooth and timely operations.
To prepare and submit weekly service reports.

Fast facts and requirements:

• A Degree in Auto Electronics from a recognized Institution.
  Alternatively, Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar from a recognized Institution.
  
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the above field ideally working on
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis of material handling machines / equipment.
  
• Proven track record of professionalism and integrity is essential.
  
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, being a team player.
  
• Proactive and disciplined approach to work assignments.
  
• Ability to work unsupervised and unusual hours and if required on weekends as per further guidelines that will be provided.
