Qualifications:
• Well trained and good experience in a bar or hotel
• Minimum of 4 years working experience
• Understanding of drinks measurements and pouring techniques
• Strong knowledge of drinks recipes, including classic cocktails and popular beverages.
• Customer-service skills, excellent communication to interact with customers and work with the team.
• Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing drinks and handle cash transactions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, especially during busy hours.
• Time management.

Job Description:
• Provide excellent customer service, by taking orders and serving beverages in time and friendly manner.
• To ensure all guests receive the One Nature experience, compliant with our high standard of service offering.
• Interact with customers, engage in conversation and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare a mix variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine according to customer preferences.
• Ensure that drinks are accurately poured and properly presented.
• Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
• Accurately handle cash and other forms of payment.
• Keep the bar area clen and organized, and ensure the bar area meets health and safety materials
• Monitor and restock bar inventory, keep the track of inventory levels and notify management.
• Collaborate with other staff members, team work.
