As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Candidates to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the markets.
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase loan sales and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on loan products, eligibility criteria, and the application process.
Meet and exceed sales targets, including loan disbursement goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, credit, and operations) to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders about loan offerings.
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns or inquiries promptly.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to loans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in Financial Institutions.
Strong knowledge of car loans (or similar financial products).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
