JOB DESCRIPTION
• To be punctual at your workplace/ on cash desk as well as returning from all allotted breaks in timely fashion
• To be in charge of making the transactions of Jackpots and filings the machines.
• To undertakes, checks minor problems that might arise with the machine and reports major damages to technicians.
• To perform functions of services and attention to clients to insure they have a pleasant and rewarding visit.
• To assist customers with game instruction and explain payment rules when required.
• To be able to give instruction about each type of game as well as assist clients in the payment of Jackpots.
• To prepare paper work for hand pays, machines and makes payouts to customers.
