JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To plan and organize catering functions;
• To ensure cleanliness of staff, equipment and surroundings;
• To deal with day to day running of catering services;
• To maintain high quality of food services;
• To plan menus and organizes staff;
• To ensure cleanliness in the kitchens, Dining Halls and Canteens;
• To deal with various administrative and supervisory duties; and
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Hotel Management, Cookery, Catering, Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, Food Science or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
