We’re Hiring
Position: Cement Mills And Cranes Team Leader
The deadline for application is 12th June 2024 Your Next Challenge:
1. Lead and supervise a team of cement mill operators, crane operators, and maintenance.
2. Manage the daily operations of cement mills and cranes, ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting and resolving any issues to minimize operational downtime.
3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for cement mills and cranes, conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities, and promptly address mechanical or electrical issues.
4. Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, and conduct safety inspections.
5. Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for team members to improve team performance and encourage a continuous learning environment.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of operational activities, maintenance work, and safety inspections, prepare and submit regular reports on production output, equipment performance, and team performance.
7. Supervise routine checking and maintenance of instruments and process control systems, and ensure execution of all shutdown jobs as scheduled.
8. Assist in the preparation of the annual operational plan/budget for Cement Mills and raise the requirement for spare parts if needed
9. Compliance with the HC Group Code of Business Conduct, Compliance Policies and Guidelines

Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2. ERB registration is an added advantage
