Eligibility Criteria:
• Must have completed Form Four (Certificate of Secondary Education – CSEE)
• Must be a Tanzanian citizen by birth
• Must have a birth certificate
• Must possess a National Identification Card (NIDA) or NIDA number
• Must be physically and mentally fit
• No criminal record
• Must be single (not married)
• No tattoos on the body
• Must have never used drugs
• Must be ready to attend Fire and Rescue Training
• Must have never been employed in the government sector
• Minimum height:
• Men: 5.7 feet
• Women: 5.4 feet
• Must be ready to cover their own interview and recruitment costs
• Age: 18-25 years
