ActionAid Tanzania (AATZ) is e development agency that is committed ta enhance social justice, gender equality and poverty; eradication. ActionAid Tanzania has received funding from the Norwegian Agency 1°01" Development Cooperation (Nerad) to implement two, complementary and aligned multi-country education and tax justice projects (Breaking Barriers/Tax Justice & Gender Regenerate Public Services) that is under implementation in (Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria and Tanzania) with long term objective that all children have access to free, quality, inclusive public education

 Qualifications
ActionAid is looking for a qualified and experienced consultant with a background in education and experience of serial research, monitoring and evaluation will be able to provide essential technical leadership and quality assurance throughout the baseline research process.
