JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities

• Receives emergency and non-emergency calls and Dispatches/Informs accordingly.
  
• Dispatches agencies or units who can provide assistance to the right address after highlighting the importance of the situation.
  
• Prioritizes calls and dispatches based on their importance.
  
• Operate CCTV equipment and have working knowledge of said equipment.
  
• Maintain knowledge of the location and the status of various security personnel.
  
• Manage the In Vehicle
  
• Create accurate logs of all public communications that have been undertaken for the purpose of general safety of the people.
  
• Provide information for investigative purposes by making use of data and information available in sensitive security databases.
  
• Maintain files and records for cases that require assistance in the future.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of all the information dealt with.
  
• Observing situations analytically and objectively and relaying details accurately.
  
• Participates in the department’s incident reporting and documentation services on daily operations.
  
• Participate to ongoing training to job specific activities and requirements, staying abreast to organizational policies and procedures, as well, as company specific.
  
• Participate in the daily operations to the overall security program, in the expectation of protecting and safeguarding of staff, clients, and designated properties.

Qualifications/ Experience

• Form 4 or 6 graduate / diploma or equivalent
  
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Kiswahili & English
  
• Working knowledge of CRM core values
  
• Professional in manner, with ability to communicate well at all levels, both internally and externally
  
• Utilize technology such as computers, fax/copy machines
  
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel.
