Sakila Elderly Project in Partnerships with Dorcas Aid International Tanzania brings together a wide range of organization to promote the rights and meet the needs of Elderly people within community.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Community development/Social Science
- Experience in the field of Community development:
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing:
- Knowledge of cultural differences in working and negotiating;
- Project Management skills:
- Good command of English
- At least 2 years relevant field experience
- Experience in working with partner organisations:
- Experience in writing proposals, capable to pursuit. set goals and to achieve them:
- Fluent command of English:
