Description
Responsibility for Internal/External Relations
• Internal: Coordination with, procurement, logistics, production, warehousing, construction, and design team
• External: Coordination with suppliers of SBS products
Operational Responsibilities/Tasks
Develop Production Plans
• Manage the planning and execution stage of the customer order from order entry to shipment.
• Plan and develop materials management and production schedules as per order and client requirements.
Manage the Supply Chain Stage.
• Release production orders on external and internal suppliers, as per design BOQ and drawings
• Plan and arrange for dispatches in close coordination with Logistics and procurement team.
• Ensure all required tools, machinery, and materials are delivered to the site on time.
Manage Construction Stage – Drawings and Materials Scheduling.
• Carefully inspects all drawings before they are implemented and ensure all required client approvals are in place, in close coordination with the sales team.
• Arrange materials flows, tools, machinery, etc, and decide how other functions, will support ongoing operations in consultation with the construction Engineer/ Manager.
• Carefully evaluate the construction activity and stages for each project and prepare scheduling of materials production, sourcing, and dispatches in close coordination with the project Management team.
Manage Customer complaints.
• Address customer complaints
• Raise and close complaint tickets in SAP and propose a resolution in consultation with QA/QC, construction, design, and other stakeholders, as deemed fit.
Record & documents.
• Responsible for raising Tax invoices for the orders.
• Responsible for submission of Tax invoices, Delivery Notes, etc as per the contract terms to the customer
• Responsible for bookkeeping and recording all documents
Communicate with Team Leadership
• Arrange Weekly meetings with all parties involved in a construction project.
• Provide necessary status updates and respond to questions from contractors, and clients, in consultation with the construction engineer.
• Furthermore, regularly assess all projects to suggest different cost-saving techniques for a project.
• Send weekly project reports to their construction manager/ Manager In-charge/Head of department.
Responsibility for Physical Assets
• Making sure that Office assets & equipment are efficiently used.

• Requirements
• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural), Masters/ MBA SCM will be added advantage.
• General work experience of 10-15 years’ experience
• Industry experience – 10 years
• Civil & structural Engineering Core Competency of the highest degree
• Well Versed with drafting software AutoCAD/ArchiCAD
• Ability to perform under pressure with accuracy.
• Ability to be creative.
• Commercial Awareness skills
• Team oriented.
• Excellent Mathematical Skills and Project and Budget Management Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• MS Project Management
