Job Description
We are currently seeking a candidate to attend to customer service support for our Tanzania operations.

• Candidate’s job will including field and attending to customer queries and orders via phone, message, email, and in person.
  
• Candidate will also be in charge of attending to queries and correspondence coming in from the company’s Facebook page.
  
• The candidate’s task will be to act as a communications channel between Tanzania customers and company headquarters.
  
• Candidate must be proficient in both Swahili and English. He/she must also be self-motivated, disciplined, honest, dynamic, and ambitious.
