About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Karibu Camps & Lodges in Arusha, Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management – Oversee and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
• Content Creation & Copywriting – Develop compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
• Email Marketing & CRM – Manage newsletters, automate email sequences, and optimize audience engagement.
• SEO & SEM – Implement SEO strategies, run Google Ads & Meta Ads, and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
• Design & Creativity – Create visually appealing content using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Website & Analytics – Monitor website performance, optimize for conversions, and analyze digital marketing metrics.
• Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing – Develop and manage paid media campaigns across search engines and social platforms.
• Trend & Innovation – Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and travel industry shifts.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• Expertise in social media marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
