THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Appointment: Head Of finance
Reports to: the chief executive officer
Entry Qualifications:
The holder of this position must have a master’s degree in finance or accounting in a reputable and recognized higher teaching institution plus possession of a professional qualification such as CPA(1) ACCA (UK) and being registered as a qualified accountant with N.B AA with at least four(4) years relevant experience in similar field

Experience
Atleast four (4) years of work experience in reputable organization preferable in senior management team

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages Finance Department by Formulating short and long term work programmes for the department and supervises the implementation of such Programmes
  
• Formulates for approval of the company’s financial regulations policies and procedures to guide the management and takes measures to ensure that such regulations. policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the trust 
• Maintains all accounting books pertaining to revenue and expenditure
  
• Prepares periodic reports on the status of revenue trends loan performance e.t.c
  
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by chief Executive Officer

Salary Scale: GSI 7

Terms of engagement
Three (3) Years contract renewable on satisfactory service
