JOB DETAILS:
Description
• Operation & Maintenance, Trouble shooting of Electrical equipment’s.
• Responsible for trouble free operation of assigned area to achieve optimum reliability and availability of equipment’s and spares’.
• Implementation of safety measures and compliance of safety guidelines.
• Material management of assigned area for smooth power plant operation.
• Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime.
• Implements maintenance schedule of electrical equipment’s.
• Maintains the maintenance records of equipment.
• Job planning and execution.
• Shift Electrical Maintenance.
• Testing of motors and switchgear.
• Follow all safety rules of Electrical maintenance.
• Control circuit of MCC, ACDB, LDB, PMCC and HV switchgear systems.
• Maintenance of plant illumination system.
• Power evacuation system maintenance.
• Calibration of meters and relays by secondary and primary injection kits.
• Motor testing and maintenance.
• Transformer testing and maintenance.
• Low Voltage and High Voltage VFD operation and maintenance.
• Responsible for trouble free operation of assigned area to achieve optimum reliability and availability of equipment and spares.
• Implementation of safety measures and compliance of safety guidelines.
• Material management of assigned area for smooth power plant operations.
• Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime.
• Implements maintenance schedule for electrical equipment’s.
• Maintains the maintenance records of equipment.
• Perform any other duties may assigned by Senior.

Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any other electrical related field.
• Should be registered by Engineers Board (ERB).
• Minimum of four (4) years of work experience preferably power plant.
• Previously Experience in Cement Plant will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in the use and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations.
• Good data gathering and analysis skills.
• Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
• Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
