JOB DETAILS:
HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for an Engineering Storekeeper
Who will be responsible for managing, handling of stores and procurement?

Responsibilities;
• Planning daily Operations by coordinating with other departments the items required from the stores
• Timely preparation of Purchase requisition, taking quotations and purchasing authorized items.
• Preparing and maintaining records including GRN and Stores Requisition
• Maintaining bin cards
• Raising and maintaining LPO’S
• Issuing and maintaining Fuel (Diesel) records
• Issuing and maintaining chemicals and chemical stock records
• Maintaining available stock and tracking records for minimum stock
• Receiving and issuing semi-finished goods
• Monthly stock taking and maintaining records
• Posting GRN and Requisition in Tally
• Submit reports in accordance with company guidelines
• Supervising stores assistant

Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field
• Industrial Experience on engineering items of not less than 3 years
• Should be flexible to work any day
• Computer literacy
• Should know the use and application of Tally ERP
• Age should be above 35-45
• Fluent in English & Swahili


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
