As an English teacher at FYA, your primary role will be to support and challenge all students to achieve their full potential and achieve academic success through strong classroom practice.
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, passionate, and a team player who is seeking to enhance their subject knowledge and pedagogy and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
You should be able to demonstrate initiative in your role, as well as be flexible so as to meet changing needs in your environment. You should also be able to build effective relationships and be a positive role model for the students.
