JOB DETAILS:
*Experienced Real Estate Agent (Broker)*
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
– Conduct market research to provide property evaluations
– Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals
– Negotiate and finalize property transactions
*Qualifications:*
– University degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
– Strong understanding of the local real estate market
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Valid real estate license
